Return Policy

We hope you like the product you ordered, but in fact there will always be some dissatisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with the goods you received, for most of the goods in a brand new state, we are happy to accept customer return applications within 5 days after receiving the goods. Please note that the freight must be borne by the customer, unless the original product is defective(Defects refer to quality defects such as holes and open threads in clothing).Color difference and size are not considered as quality defects.If you cannot accept the above description, please place an order after thinking about it. If you have placed an order, you agree to this by default.

Return process
Step 1: Please contact customer service to explain the product you want to return and the reason. If there is a quality problem, please provide a picture of the item in question.
Step 2: Please follow the return instructions of our service team to send back your items and send us your return cargo flow tracking numberfor us to check after receipt.We do not accept COD(cash on delivery) returns.The delivery warehouse will refuse to accept.
Step 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse receives your items and approves your request, the corresponding refund will be returned to the original payment account or credit card according to your communication with our service team.

Return conditions
1. After you receive the goods, you are not satisfied and want to return the goods, please make a decision within 5 days and contact us.
2. The items are in good condition, unused, not torn, and all parts have original labels/packages.
3. We will not accept returned goods that you directly send back without contacting us in advance.
4. If the free gifts are lost or used, they will not be refunded or the price will be deducted. Underwear and hair accessories cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Note for return and exchange:
1. Please ensure the integrity of the returned goods and gifts, that is, the goods and gifts must maintain the original quality, function, product itself, accessory trademark identification, complete label, and complete packaging.Please return the entire set of merchandise.
2. When returning the goods, please return the goods themselves, tags, accessories, gifts, goods and gifts packaging (excluding cartons and express bags).The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.

Circumstances that do not support returns and exchanges:
1. For safety and health considerations, personal hygiene items such as underwear and leggings cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Goods and gifts that are washed, worn, used or contaminated or damaged due to the customer's personal reasons will not be returned or exchanged
3. Products that exceed the time limit for processing returns and exchanges.
4. The product model or serial number recorded in the shopping list for the return and exchange application does not match the product you sent back.

Other considerations:
1. After the event product is returned and exchanged, if the discount conditions are not met, the corresponding discount will be deducted, and the other products in the order will be restored to the original price.
2. Please carefully consider whether it is necessary before shopping. For example, returns and exchanges initiated by non-quality issues (color difference, size etc.) will not be approved.
3. The exchange can only be exchanged within the same item, and the exchange price shall not be higher than the original purchase price, otherwise the return application will not be approved. If most of your orders need to be exchanged, it is recommended that you choose to return the original order, place a new order and pay for the products you like (but in this case, if the new order does not meet the free shipping threshold, you will have to bear the corresponding Shipping). The original order will be refunded for you in accordance with the return process.
4. When submitting the return application, please fill in the true and valid return courier number information so that our staff can track the package dynamics.

Please note that the following conditions are not a product quality issue:
A: Due to the chromatic aberration of lighting, computer monitors or personal understanding of colors, there may be a certain chromatic aberration between the photo and the actual object. This category is not a product quality issue.
B: The product details page provides the standard figure/physical tile measurement size for reference only; due to manual measurement, different batches or personal measurement method standards, there may be slight differences with your measurement results.
C: After you receive the goods, please check whether the goods are in good condition, try them on, and promptly submit a return or exchange request. Return and exchange applications that are more than 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods (subject to the date of receipt of the courier) will not be able to handle the return and exchange for you. Some products have special craftsmanship or retro outdated designs, which are not a quality issue.
D: Due to the production process or fabric treatment, some products will fade or deform after washing. Those within the scope of quality inspection standards are normal phenomena and cannot be treated as quality problems; in addition, such situations may also be caused by improper detergents or washing methods, please follow the instructions for washing.

Explanation of refunds caused by local taxes and import duties:
Some countries/regions may generate local taxes and import duties, but they are not included in the displayed amount. The buyer or recipient of the goods is responsible for paying taxes and fees for parcel clearance. Our products are sold all over the world, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of each country. Generally speaking, if customs clearance is required, customers need to cooperate with the payment of customs duties, and we are not responsible for this. If you have any questions, please consult the customs of your country/region before ordering. If the buyer or consignee of the goods fails to cooperate with customs clearance or fails to pay the customs duties for the refund of the order, we have the right not to cooperate with the order to refund.

Regarding order changes or refund issues:
1.Contact customer service within 24 hours to cancel the order without any processing fees.
2.Contact customer service for more than 24 hours to cancel the order, 30% of the production fee will be charged.
3.We do not accept cancellation for any orders sent out.
4.If you want to change the size or style, please contact customer service within 24 hours.
